What information does Gepime process?

Gepime is an adult dating site and we provide this service by operating a social network that offers users the opportunity to connect with our global community of users. By joining Gepime, you enter into a contract with us and we process your data to provide you with the service under the terms of this agreement. You can only become a member of Gepime or use its features only if you are over 18 years old.

To join the Gepime network, you need to complete our online registration form where you provide us with information about yourself, such as your name, email address, gender, date of birth, and location details. You also have the option to provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. The data provided is available to you at any time by accessing the "Profile" page, which allows you to correct or update your information at any time.

Please remember that the photos or videos you post on Gepime may reveal sensitive personal information. By completing your profile, you expressly consent to it being published to other users.

If you choose to activate any of our services, we will process your payment information and store it securely for fraud prevention and audit/tax purposes. Under data protection law, it is necessary for us to collect and process this payment data in order to be able to fulfill our contract with you, and the continued retention of this data is justified by our legitimate interests as set out above.

To keep in touch with you, we use the email address provided during registration. You can withdraw this consent at any time through the Settings in the application or website.

What does Gepime collect for me if I use the mobile app?

Gepime offers you the ability to keep in touch with other profiles, no matter where you are. You can do this by using your mobile phone or by downloading the app that allows you to share your location with other users.

When you use Gepime through your mobile phone or through your computer, we collect information about your location. This information helps us show you profiles of other users who are around you.

How long will Gepime keep my data?

If you have not logged in for 30 months, your account and all photos will be deleted. When you request that your profile be deleted via the app or website, it will be immediately deactivated and deleted completely within 30 days.

Correspondence with our customer support team will be maintained for a longer period of time to allow us for further inquiries.

Anonymous activity information on Gepime is retained for longer for statistical and product research purposes, but cannot be attributed to an individual once the profile is deleted.

Information such as payment information, IP addresses, mobile numbers and email addresses is retained for anti-fraud and anti-spam purposes as appropriate. This is usually determined by the method of payment.

What information does Gepime collect about me if I am under 18 years old?

Gepime does not collect any information about children and minors. In the event that a minor under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete his/ her profile information from Gepime. In the event that a profile is deleted due to non-compliance with our minors policy, we may retain the email and IP address to prevent re-attempts to register.

Who shares information with Gepime?

We share your data with the following categories of third parties:

  1. Moderators who monitor the activity of the site
  2. Advertising partners and targeted advertising providers
  3. Law enforcement agencies are required by law or to protect the vital interests of a person
  4. Đšpayment processing companies and telecommunications companies to facilitate payments for our services

We ensure that these countries adhere to strict data protection and confidentiality provisions that are consistent with this policy.

In the event that Gepime or any of its subsidiaries undergoes a business transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization or sale of all or part of its assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or administration, we may need to disclose your personal data.

How does Gepime protect my personal data?

Gepime has appropriate security measures in place to protect and prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control, including your personal data. Our technical experts at Gepime work hard to ensure the safe use of our site.

Although we take reasonable precautions against possible security violations of our website and database, we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other violations. To keep your personal data (including your password) safe, log out of your account after use. Where is my personal data stored?

We want you to be able to access Gepime wherever you are in the world. In order to be able to provide this service, we work with a global network of servers, including in the USA, Hong Kong, Czech Republic and Russia. They are located in third party data centers but owned by Gepime. Data collected by advertising partners may also be stored outside the EU. We ensure that data is adequately protected by ensuring that valid legal mechanisms are in place, such as: EU-approved model clauses, US privacy certification. and application of sound contract standards. Does Gepime collect other data about me?

If you contact our team via the feedback page, we will receive your email address, IP address, and the information you send us to give a better answer to your questions. We retain communications with you, including any complaints we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you), for 6 years after your account has been deleted.

Is Gepime using my personal data for another purpose?

We use your personal information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot and enforce our Terms of Use.
